I highly recommend working with Dan, personal trainer at LA Fitness. Dan gives concise thorough instructions, uses our time very effectively, is motivational, knowledgeable and also a super nice guy. I’ve been working with Dan 1x/week for last 6 weeks and my strength & fitness have improved. Signing on for personal training with Dan was a great decision

I’ve been a member at LA Fitness for some years now, but signed on for a 6 month personal training program with Dan at the beginning of 2024. My program is nearing completion and Dan has been beyond excellent. I am a retired Nurse with chronic overuse injuries of the hips, knees and feet. Dan took all of this into consideration and led me through a customized program with targeted strengthening exercises. His professionalism, knowledge and guidance are top notch. I highly recommend Dan, especially to anyone new to working with a trainer.

I love my 30 minute personal training sessions with Dan. Dan strives for maximum efficiency during the sessions and is a master at challenging, coaching, & encouraging. Training with Dan is fun and NEVER boring. I have been coming 2x per week since April and I am definitely stronger; friends have noticed more muscle tone! Thanks Dan!!!
