Kicked from the practice as a patient because of my old work schedule is completely wrong and not needed. It’s sad that they don’t care and just kick you without it being mentioned. It was mentioned through email and text in which I never received.

I recently was referred by a close friend that is current patient of Dr. Mandel in this practice.. As I arrived at the window to speak to the receptionist that was sitting in the front regarding me and my family becoming new patients, I. Heard a young lady with blond colored hair having a conversation with I’m assuming was a patient, what didn’t sit right with me was the way they began bad mouthing thr person that they where speaking to after she hangs up the phone, am I’m standing there I see majority of the other employees laughing and mocking this patient with dementia. Been a patient for over 15 years and the practice has gone completely downhill. My doctor retired and they gave me a new primary NP without my consent. They do not care about patient health or well-being, they only care about money. You can't get a prescription refill without being seen even though i was seen two months prior or had serious past health issues so I ended up going to urgent care. Do not waste your time with this practice.
