I love going to BucksMontMedicalAssociates. The office is quick to return my calls when /if I have any issues. Dr. Elisa Mandel has been my primary for over 10 years or so and she is so thorough and knowledgeable. I am so fortunate to be a patient at this office. Recently I was not feeling well and the staff got me an appointment with Dr. Carol Ryan whom I had never seen before. She was really attentive and very cautious about not overly medicating me. That really impressed me as so many doctors just give out prescriptions too easily. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who seeks caring, supportive, knowledgeable and kind physicians.

Kicked from the practice as a patient because of my old work schedule is completely wrong and not needed. It’s sad that they don’t care and just kick you without it being mentioned. It was mentioned through email and text in which I never received.
I really love my doctor, however the front staff are often rude and impatient. They roll their eyes and are not always nice to myself or others for no apparent reason. Not the type of people you want to be greeted by at your doctor's.
