That was exactly what I got from Liam when I walked in the store. He worked with me to pick out flooring and was as patient with me even after several times of taking samples and needing to go back and forth. He always made me feel like I was his only customer. The Rio Grande store is amazing!! Gladys Sepulveda always goes above and beyond to ensure our orders are processed smoothly, and customers are satisfied! Every customer I have sent her way comes back with a glowing review of how helpful she is! A recent order needing expediting, and Gladys put in so many extra hours to help me ensure we received the tile. We could not have had a successful bathroom install without her!

Worked with Mike finding a grout replacement for my tiles. He was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend anyone looking for tiles, and flooring to the south Philadelphia location.
