From the beginning of the project, MDM provided us with good ideas of how to accomplish our goals. MDM representatives had a thorough knowledge of what was needed. I had MDM perform a survey on my lot in preparation for a garage pad and I could not be happier. Ryan and the team were very timely getting me pricing and with the turn around completing the work. Very reasonable pricing and very easy to work with. Overall I'm very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend them.

We wanted to get a current survey before installing a new fence. MDM surveyors were recommended by a friend and did a fantastic job! Having 4 quotes from different companies I can attest that MDM offered the cheapest price and quickest around time. One year after our survey was completed we were unable to locate a corner pin due to landscaping changes made along the property line. We contacted MDM with our problem and they were able to send a crew out the next week to help us relocate the property corner. Very pleasant experience overall!
