I had my property surveyed earlier this year for purposes of adding additional structures to my property, I contacted MDM Surveyors to perform a survey of my property, the service they provided was fantastic and they were very professional to deal with and provided us with excellent service. I have had follow up questions about my survey with future needs, and they responded with answers the same day. I found that the service provided was a great value for all services that we requested.

As a Realtor, MDM was the recommendation for my clients over the past 18 years. I very recently had the need to have my own survey completed and I cannot personally recommend them highly enough. I communicated via email and they were very responsive and helpful. I had many questions and Ryan responded every single time. There were 2 teams who came out to my property and the guys were ALL Respectful, extremely thorough, diligent with research, patient with all my questions, incredibly helpful with information, more than accommodating with stakes & pins, I never felt rushed or in the way either time they were here.
