Everything was explained as to what was wrong and walked us through the replacement options without any pressure. The install went quickly and smoothly. It was done professionally and efficiently. They showed up on time, kept everything clean, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Techs Matt and Adam were outstanding!! Overall, a really positive experience! Our AC went out overnite on the hottest day of the year. I called at 6:30AM, they called back by 8:00AM and had a technician at our house by 11:30AM--on the hottest day of the year (I just had to say it again).
