Kelly is a great guy. Honest and prompt. Diagnosed our washer and our microwave light above the stove. Fixed both issues and had to come back twice because of parts delivery’s. Only charged us one service call.

I would recommend rapid appliance to anyone. He was on top of everything with working on the problem, temporary fix till he got parts, and then fixing fridge. Didn't take long at all. Very nice person and did a great job!Service: Refrigerator repair

My refrigerator had a short and it wasn't making any cold air. I called rapid first based on their good review online. Even though he was booked and couldn't come right away, he still advised me about simple steps to try fixing the problem myself over the phone. When those didn't work, he recommended another guy in town to call. He even called back to make sure I had gotten it all straightened out. Top notch.
