Well, they found the problem! Very reasonable price for diagnosing my PC and running lots of tests. Chris ran a lot of tests! He was thorough in searching out the issue, and was friendly and communicative the whole way.I really appreciate the notifications along the way letting me know in real-time what was the plan.Turns out the problem was my house's electric, but hey! Would never have known if they didn't diagnose my computer!
