My experience with York Road Veterinary Hospital is beyond amazing! My dog was recently in for teeth removal surgery. Upon picking him up I was greeted by the doctor and staff with updates about my dog - how he was doing, how the procedure went, and that he was a wonderful dog. Most importantly, my dog has never been healthier due to the recommendation to have some teeth removed that were cause halitosis, infection, and pain. He is doing amazing now and seems like a whole new dog! And, the price of the procedure was reasonable and worth every penny. I Had to put my Dog down today He was 13 years old with a number of Medical issues . . It was.a Hard Decision to make but I knew It would only get worse. My two Grandaughters came with me also they wanted to be there to say Goodbye . Dr. Murphy and his Staff were Wonderful . They gave us time in between what they had to do with my Dog to say our Goodbyes to him and .to comfort him to the End. They were a Class Act with the Whole Procedure. I had to take some time before writing a review after loosing my furbaby. It would be more accurate to call them a family doctor. They care for the pets, their not an emergency vet but have stepped up to the plate when needed. My dog Aili had to be put down due to old age health complications. The process emotionally was hard, but it would’ve hurt so much more to see her suffer. I appreciate everything this vet has done over the years for my old lady baby.
