Valley Air Indoor Quality

Technicians from Valley Air have been out to my home twice. They were suppose to order wires to properly install my Google Nest thermostat. I was told the orders come in quickly and they would touch base with me. Since then I have heard nothing back. I call and call everyday leaving voicemails and nobody from the office even has the decency to return my call to give me a status of the project. Now today, Valley Air technicians are working on my neighbors home. So I walk over and ask what’s going on (the same techs that were in my home) and the one dude is sitting on a box scrolling through his social media on his phone and completely ignores me so his partner finally picked up the conversation with me. I was told they know nothing and asked them to call the office for an update. Valley Air has been nothing but a dissapointed to to me! They are very unresponsive and the technicians don’t care!

A new HVAC system was installed on my house that was newly renovated a year ago when I bought it. The upstairs hardly has any air flow and gets extremely hot. I called last year and they sent a tech out that did not fix the problem- I was also told by the owner that there was a 2 year warranty so there would be no service fee for additional visits. This summer has been the same issue-I have tried to leave the owner multiple messages and have not received a call back. I was told by the secretary that there is not a two year warranty but only one year. It’s very frustrating to not get a straight answer or be able to talk to anyone when half of your home is unbearable due to the heat and they refuse to do anything to help solve the problem.

I highly recommend Valley Air. I left a voicemail over the weekend, they called me back the next morning on Sunday to find out my problem and had a tech at my home first thing Monday morning. Job was completed in a timely and professional manner.
