Sending a huge thank you to Chris from Restoration 1 for an amazing job on my mold remediation. This experience prior to talking with Chris was completely chaotic, I had no idea where to start when we found mold and water damage in my Florida room. Upon calling Restoration 1, Chris answered immediately, scheduled a site visit the same day and started the remediation process in less than 2 days. Chris was so informative about the process, provided insight to my worries about the environment and our health safety, and was available to answer questions as they arose. Chris contained the area to protect the rest of the house from exposure, and the site was spotless when the job was done! I was so impressed with how my worries were minimalized by placing my trust in Restoration 1, thanks to Chris! I cannot say enough about how positive this experience was!!!!! Highly recommend!
