My toliet backed up into my tub. My previous plumber retired so he recommended them when I called him. I loved that they gave me the price of clearing the drain by pulling the toilet over the phone. I definitely will call them when this happens again.

I called Express Drains after hours when my toilet was overflowing - Shannon, who answered the phone, was an absolute gem and put me right at ease. She was able to squeeze in an appointment for me early the next morning and truly made me feel so much better about the whole thing. The plumber, Tayjon, showed up on time and had the work done quickly and efficiently. He was professional and did an excellent job, even replacing a part for us just because it had gotten dirty in the flood. I so much appreciate Express Drains and will for sure be calling back if we ever need more plumbing help!
