I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I received an early call from the staff claiming my payment didn’t go through, and instead of calmly resolving it, I was spoken to rudely and even called a scammer — completely unprofessional. Turns out their system was down and the issue wasn’t on my end at all.

Later, I spoke with the owner who was kind, understanding, and apologized multiple times for how I was treated. I truly appreciated her attitude. However, despite everything, she still charged me for the order.

I got my mom flowers for Mother’s Day, and they showed up on the date I selected and more beautiful than I imagined. And for the standard size they were full and in bloom. Decent prices for beautiful arrangements.
