I have called Joe Cochrane to my home several times over the last 3 years since I bought this house. He has always responded in a timely manner to my phone calls and repair needs. Previous to tornado Ida, he repaired the flashing around my chimney that was allowing water to damage a wall inside the house. He also installed leaf protectors on my drain pipes. After tornado Ida, he answered my call immediately and worked to protect any further damage from occurring and then repaired the roof. He has been back to check the roof several times since the repair was complete. His work is thorough and reasonable. I highly recommend Cochrane Construction LLC.Services: Roof inspection

I can't say enough good things about this company. Joe Cochrane & his crew do great work & are great people to deal with in every way. I had several bids from other contractors, but it was clear that Joe really cared about me, my budget & doing the job that was required correctly. He is very honest ,upfront & reasonable & will not try to sell you anything that you don't need.
