“I’ve used this company servers times over the years. They’re great. Very friendly and they get the job done.The only issue I have is with the pricing. I was quoted for 3 bedrooms and a hallway. When they arrived, I asked them to do only 2 bedrooms and the hallway. I was still charged the same price and when asked about it I was told that was the price & they couldn’t change it. I don’t quite understand that aspect.Again, they’re a great service, I was just a little taken back by that.“

We contacted Maro to see if he could repair and fix the patches of flooring and they were timely, communicative, and very fair with pricing. “I needed someone to come look at our expensive new alleged basement mold remediation that had been done by another company. The other company sent an 18 year old to go into my basement and spray some Boric Acid solution (of all things). I immediately had a real sinking feeling that I'd been ripped off. “I had two area rugs cleaned by DC Carpet Care and the entire process was a delight. Their communication, first via Facebook Messenger, then by text, was great - very prompt responses, very friendly and accommodating. The cost for the two rugs was also very competitive. The best part of the process was that the rugs were picked up and delivered back to me and it was all done within one week! The rugs look fresh and clean again and the pile is lofted again as they had matted down quite a bit with 14 years of use in the kitchen. All around, I 100% recommend DC Carpet Care and I will definitely use them again for rug, carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, hardwood, dryer vent, or air duct cleaning.
