I wanted to call out this Location and its Staff. In particular, Steph and Ron provided incredible Customer Service and Technical Expertise.They worked with me to find the correct product at the best price. When they promised me a delivery date, they contacted me days before on two occasions - for both new glasses and warranty work.I came to this location as the result of experiences at another America’s Best location closer to me. These people are awesome! I had to transfer eye doctors because they didn't accept my insurance anymore, but when I called they said they would contact my previous doctor so it would be less of a hassle for me. Every time I called, I was answered by very gracious people to help and they were all very nice. It was an easy transfer and very easy to get an appointment for an eye exam. For the appointment, they worked efficiently and my doctor was great. When I was ordering my glasses/contacts, Jossie was amazing at giving me the best deals and looking at what benefits to use. Definitely recommend this place :)
