404 W Front St, Berwick“I had my SUV detailed at J&M last week. I was thinking of adding carpet and upholstery shampooing, but was feeling a bit under the weather so I said I'd come back another day. It was raining, so Matt gave me a ticket for a free wash (hopefully a dry day!) When I got home, felt better and went out to look at the car, the interior looked so good that I embarrassingly sent Matt a message that I was going to put off the shampooing. He was very gracious. Although I am not a frequent customer, I've always been made to feel appreciated. And also, I'm guessing it was James who gave me updates on the progress of the job, as I had to wait for it. Highly recommended!!“
