Responsive and reasonably priced. Dan and his son, Nate, were pleasant. Nice to support a small local business. Haven't seen anymore carpenter ants since they left, but they said they would come back after 3 or 4 weeks to retreat if we still have a problem. I'll amend my review after that if necessary.

We had an issue with drone persistent critters that we tried to treat on our own. I called many other pest services but after speaking with Herritt's they gained my trust. Other services told me I needed a to sign a monthly service agreement or that it would take multiple visits to solve my issue. Herritt's handled it thoroughly in 1 visit, saving me me time and money!

Dan is incredible. He helped me a long time ago with a possible problem which turned out to be nothing. I recently had a horrible flying ant problem. He came and took care of the ants. I like that he was honest and said it could take up to 2 weeks for them to go away. He is friendly and professional. I decided to have him come in regularly.
