Called my home warranty company when my washing machine had an issue. They sent a company that ended up breaking the drain pipe from the washer tub and took no responsibility and the washer still did not work. Contacted the home warranty again and they sent ace. Joe came quite quickly and diagnosed the issue. Had to order parts. Still did not work. Ordered more parts, installed them and fixed the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Came quickly after parts came in. Would definitely use again. Thank you!

I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but I had a great experience. My refrigerator stopped working, and my HSA Home Warranty company assigned ACE Appliance Repair to handle the issue. They contacted me within 24 hours and scheduled a video call to diagnose the problem. The call happened right on time, and they quickly identified the issue.

They ordered the necessary parts and provided a specific date and time for the repair. True to their word, they arrived within that window and fixed the problem without any hassle. Joe, our technician, was professional and easy to work with.

Arrived on time and repaired my refrigerator and stove in a very timely manner. The repairman was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I'm very satisfied with the repairs and this company
