we purchased a newly constructed house in Gray, Tennessee. We chose Flooring Simplicity to install our flooring and back splash. I must say that was one of the best decisions we made! Gabriel, who works in the showroom, was amazing. She listened to what we wanted, showed us many samples to choose from and offered suggestions to make our ideas better. The installers were fantastic. The flooring came excellent. Our back splash is incredible. The installer was extremely professional. He was meticulous cutting and placing the tiles. He kept a clean work area. He was just a very personable man. I would definitely use Flooring Simplicity for future tile or flooring needs!

Got them to do some flooring for me a year ago. They subcontracted it out . There is some coming up and I have went there and called numerous times they won’t even return my calls!!!
