“Dr. Iafe treated my elderly Cat "Homer" for blindness and an anal abcess. He was excellent. Very respectful and thorough. We were seen at our appointment time with no wait and everyone is polite. The place is nice and clean however, they are bit on the pricey side. I have another cat, "Bart" who has a new patient check up scheduled with Dr. Iafe because he is such a good doctor that I will continue to bring my pets here from now on. Tippet had an ultrasound with their internal medicine specialist today and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care we received. Everyone was so patient and kind, from the front desk staff, to the technician, to the doctor. The office was so clean and welcoming as well. Dr. Peterson was awesome and took the time to answer all of my questions and very clearly explain her findings(nothing scary by the way!) I could tell how much everyone really cared about Tippet and that means the world to us! We’re just so thankful to have such a wonderful specialty medicine office we can rely on. “Deer Creek is probably the greatest group of vets and techs I have ever met. They treat a pet from my zoo at least once a month if not more because I'm the crazy cat lady. “Dr. Bennett is OUTSTANDING!!! I would DEFINITELY want him to be my doctor if I were a critter or dog/cat❣He takes his time, talks so nice, calm, and is so so genuinely in love with ALL animals. Even the ones who are such great patients...like my moms adopted white pidgeon "Cream Puff". He came from a bad situation, so we totally forgive his behavior. I mean if ppl have PTSD from minor issues...this poor guy definitely does. He was a rescue from an local animal rehabilitation center and put up for adoption. We being a bird, dog, rabbit (practically anything but cats) family...we had to have him to show him what a great home was. One where he didn't have to look over his beautiful white shoulders anymore. He got ill a bit after his adoption. Nothing serious, but he did need medicine...in his mouth...and he is a strong, feisty, not very cooperative guy lol. Dr Bennett not only was so patient with him, but he seen him with every dose he needed and got it down his throat and got him all better and back to his usual adorable (but not so nice) self hahaha! Then our parrotlet fell ill. Dr. Bennett was so so heartwarming&really did everything he could to get him feeling better. Put him on oxygen,even stayed over night with him once if my memory serves me correctly. He is one amazing guy this Dr. Anyone who is his patient is one lucky animal (person...animals are ppl to us...and Dr. Bennett treats them as such).“

Our dog had to have an unexpected emergency surgery and Dr. Ahuja and her staff jumped into action and saved our dog​ without question. ​I​f not for Dr. Ahuja, I don't think our girl would be with us today. The​ quote for her surgery at the emergency​ was close to 10k ​and knowing that was an impossible expense, she rearranged her ​personal schedule and got us in at Tender Touch. She was finishing up a 24 hour shift and was supposed to be at home resting, but chose to help. People like that are truly incredible and irreplaceable. The​ staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and caring throughout the whole process. ​They were completely upfront on the costs with us from the start. I could genuinely tell how much they all cared for our dog and for us as well. ​I 100% recommend Tender Touch.“
