My 1st time using Roto-Rooter and I was satisfied and impressed with their prompt, professional service. The rep was knowledgeable, personable and very informative. I highly recommend.
Set up an online reservation the evening prior to the visit and was able to schedule something for the next morning. Dispatch called in the morning and said they had someone available immediately and he arrived within the hour. Was able to get the clog removed after several tries, older house with probably long term build up. Satisfied with the availability and response.
I can't speak about the company in general since this was the first time I used them, but I can definitely state that Darren, our service tech, was as good as they get. Very competent, knowledgeable, thorough, and a great personality. Hang on to this guy.
