“To start with the staff is genuinely friendly and caring. The communication throughout the entire process. I have very severe anxiety and I've been activating yet dreading the implants. I thought for sure the pain was going to be unbearable. It was the least painful dental procedure Ive had. Individual extractions have caused more pain for me in the past. The staff is like family, and have been with me through the entire process ready to answer any questions and even listen to my fears. Unlike some other places I checked out, SHDA has been the most comforting, accommodating, and truly friendly staff. I couldn't recommend them more! My procedure went phenomenally. Everyone has been amazed by my progress and the results with even my temps in. This has changed my life, and I didn't even miss a day of work (I work from home).“

“I've been going to Dr. B and the gang since 1993ish. Once i had a fracture in the late afternoon, on their early day. Dr.B. recommended and called a colleague that was willing to stay after his late hours for my mom to take me to. The entire team is kind, welcoming, and understanding. I recommend him to anyone I can- and really wish my SO could go to them (can't d/t insurance). it has been horrible finding him a dentist- although I have high standards- that only Dr. B. can meet.“
