The team arrived very late. They used an app to track their arrival, they would arrive at 2:33, at 3:22 it posted that work was in progress before they arrived! Did not clean all areas requested. Toilet tank top was still dusty. Chipped the reglazed tub even though I made a point of reminding them to use only cloth or sponge in the bath. They charge the amount as if they had cleaned the basement laundry room, which they did not. They were done in 40 minutes. I would prefer thoroughness to speed.Now they will not respond to my calls.
