I refused. I left immediately, So I booked with H&R Block in 5 minutes on my phone, and then my tax filing was completed by a professional tax preparer at the H&R Block office in an hour. Stay away from FastTax service with Victor Sequeira.

It's a nice little local tax and accounting center. Me and my family have been doing our tax filing here for past few years. They are very accommodating for walk ins. They provide services in Saturdays from 10 am as well, even though their Google search says they're closed. The tax associates are pretty good in doing easier filings, but you probably need to talk head accountant, Yunis, for complicated ones. One nice thing is you can upload your tax documents in their portal, so you don't need to print them!
