If there is something you requested and you weren't pleased with it don't for the sake of the hairdresser say anything but be honest and up front. I came with a picture of what I desired but when I left I left with a style I didn't ask for and while I did see it before leaving it wasn't until I got home that I saw it in detail and I let her know then. The pictures spoke for themselves but the first response to my comment was I WONT BE REFUNDING YOU THE MONEY FOR THIS STYLE! Sad thing is she was very proud of what she had done and saw no mistake in what had been done.

I love Nicky she is very professional. I have been with her for almost 5 to 6 years. Im never disappointed with my hair. She has a green thumb when it comes to hair growth. I love her style of curls too. She is chill and down to earth. Im grateful for her.
