“I have an older home (55 yrs). Split level. All electric. Was considering a standard HVAC with ducts or mini splits. I've travelled a lot in the past outside the U.S. for work. Mini Splits are everywhere because of their efficiency. “Came across Plumb Tech through my home owners warranty, in fact they were the second company since the first never even bother to call me back. They are on point! They were very diligent in communicating with me since I was not able to be home. They were kind enough to call me ahead ten or twenty minutes before they came to the house so I could get someone there. They are honest and truly worked hard to get the furnace fixed, coming several times in the intent to repair. But alas the universal part did not work and we had to wait for the part, once they came again the unit was fixed in ten minutes.
