Slate roof: I typically do not write reviews unless the service was above and beyond or poor. The entire transaction with Charlie Parsons Roofing was excellent. We have a 130 year old slate roof where there were small leaks finally where the gables meet. We had 3 contractors provide estimates. All professional quotes, but the other 2 suggested replacing the entire roof. Matt and Charlie's quote was fix the side that needed repair. This included remove/replace 2 badly worn tin valley runs, surrounding slates, snow guards and aluminum gutters that were incorrectly installed from a prior roofer (they drilled into the slate) and replaced with copper. As you can see for yourself, in a screenshot photo I provided, Bob is not being honest. Im not certain Why he got so upset. This conversation took place on a Wednesday 8/08/18 at 9:30 a.m.I Do hope he has a better year this year. Namaste Bob
