In the middle of a 5 day 90+ degree heatwave, these guys had a tech in the area on another job, who came over (after hours) and fixed a mini split in a rental unit, and then returned to their original job.
It was impressive customer service, and we were not even an existing customer...they just helped us out because they chose to, and the charge was very reasonable.
