Let's just be honest - no one WANTS to undergo a colonoscopy but this was the third in my lifetime and all I can say is that this place is WONDERFUL! Instructions provided were clear and concise, easy to follow, all the staff were nice, friendly, very competent. Dr. Lorenze came in to speak to me prior to the procedure and immediately upon my awakening from anesthesia. She's the same as the rest of the staff - nice, friendly, and very competent. My prior two colonoscopies were in another state where I used to reside but this is the only one where I can honestly say that afterwards, I didn't even feel like I had even had a colonoscopy! All of the staff and drs were pleasant and got us in right away, Nadine was very nice and went out of her way to accommodate. Nicole was good at all of my questions and dr happe was very nice and explained everything to us.
I give 5 stars. Would recommend this place.
OmG!!!! 10 star ratings if I could. Everyone was amazing. Friendly. Efficient and know their stuff. No attitudes at all. Dr Lorenz is great. Highly recommend if you need this type of procedure.
