The owner of the spa personally called me to find out what happened. After reviewing my last receipt, which showed I had 60 units of Botox left, she immediately took care of the issue. She apologized and made everything right. I truly love this spa and their services, and I wanted to continue going — and thanks to how the owner handled this situation, I absolutely will. My friend had a similar experience, and the owner resolved that promptly as well. We’re both very satisfied with how she handled everything.

This was my first spa experience getting Microdermabrasion & Megan was great. The spa experience was more than I expected with a heated bed, calm music & no harsh lighting. The ambiance was very relaxing. Megan made me feel comfortable & explained the whole process. I highly recommend this spa & Megan.

Lori is the absolute best at what she does!! Ranked in the top 25 injectors in the US, she makes sure you know of any risks so that you can make an informed decision and keep your autonomy! Which I find very refreshing within this industry! I will continue to go back to Lori for my toxin and filler injections! 10/10 I recommend her to all of my friends family and acquaintances.
