THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE WASHINGTON LOCATION!!! My review is 2 parts, First the GOOD, the Lady, Heather Johnson, who works there is Awesome! She is polite, knowledgeable and is quick! She knows what needs done and gets you in and out and I've never had any issues with any of her work for me or my family.Second, the BAD, when you call and need to ask a question, most of the time the Lady makes you feel like you are bothering her! I don't know her name or I would state it! I could tell she wanted me off the phone and half the time she wasn't even listening to me because she was talking to someone else who must of been there with her. I have used these folks before for many services and they are fantastic but I had a problem that came up that I needed some counseling on relative to transferring ownership of a car and I called and got Austin. I want to give him kudos for what he has done for me. He has made the transition easy, and very understandable he should be commended for his work.

As I am reading the comments about the rude women, I thought I should share my experience. I went with my son to get power of attorney papers signed before my son left to go back to the military. The woman was so kind and didn’t charge my son. She even thanked him for his service. She didn’t have to do any of that. With that said, I appreciate that woman! It is an experience I will never forget!
