1 star may even be more than this company is worthy of! After losing my father almost a year ago, while in this company's care. Today, as suggested, I reached out to this agency in an attempt to learn the "name of the ambulance service" which transported my father to the hospital after a fall, I need an "EMT report" So I pulled out the paperwork for the agency "Agape's Love Home Care" and obtained their phone number from the back of their flyer. And I called A woman answered, "hello" so I asked if I had reached Agape's? she said yes and asked me who I was? I gave her my name and asked her's? She said Kristy and I asked her how she spells it? As I do with most calls that I make. And until this day I have never been meant with such rudeness and lack of professionalism! I stated the reason for my call, "name of ambulance service" giving her my father's name and and assuring her that I am his daughter AND the Administrator of his Estate. She than told me to ask his daughter-in-law. I shared that such person was a "step"-in-law and we're not on talking terms. After several failed attempts she told me the "office closed at 3" and hung up on me. As I'm making notes of the call my phone rings. I answered but no response. So I say " this is (my name)" no response. I than say "this is (father's first and last name) daughter" than they hung up. I redialed the number and (although she claimed not, I know the same girl from my first call) answered "Agape" I said " hello Kristy, this is (my name) daughter of (my father's name) and she said "this isn't Kristy, you called her personal number, I'm the supervisor!" Still bewielded by her complete lack of professionalism, rudenes, lack of empathy etc.!!! I exclaim WOW! and attempt to gain common ground by assuring her that I'm trying to be respectful. I just need the name of the ambulance service? Still very rudely and loudly she tells me they don't have that kind of information and that I need to call his daughter (the step-in-law) ... she than tells me "don't call here again" and hangs up on me! I am not a sue-happy person. And I try to always give the benefit of the doubt. But I must say...after being spoken to and treated as I was...I am definitely beside myself!!! And I cannot for I know not how I will be handling this situation going forward???

I wouldnt even rate it a 1 star. one of your employees is nasty and rude to these elderly people & is constantly posting about harming elderly people on social media & constantly talking about how she hates her job & dont want to be there and she was just hired a month ago . Very rude

I Love this company Crystal is a wonderfulPerson and the new employees are amazing and actually care for the clients I'm definitely Referring to my friends n family Thank you agape's for all you do for my papa .....
