We used this service all last summer and once this year for mowing. At first they seemed to do a good job they were quick and efficient. They did leave our gate open and we have three small dogs that like to take off if it's opened. The first time was no big deal we asked then to remember to shut it before they leave. Everytime they had come since the gate was always left of open despite us repeatedly asking them to shut it. This last time one of my dogs snuck through before I could get to the gate to shut it and was almost hit by car. Did not complete work that they agreed to. Ended up charging more than original estimate. No show last visit....have yet to receive a response as to why...or if they are still coming to finish the job. Very frustrated ... difficult to get answers. Mowed and trimmed in under an hour and in the rain to boot!
