Highly recommend Dry Tech. I had 3 estimates and they were only company to really look for real reason our basement was getting water. They found the actual foundation crack. Other 2 companies just provided quotes on full French drain system. Dry Tech provided best option to fix the areas that had water issues. I have included before and after photos of the foundation crack.
My daughter used Dry Tech to remediate her basement so I knew in advance the type of work I could expect. Ryan in sales and the crew who came out to do the work did a great job. I hope that the system works because lately the companies I've been using to maintain my property have failed me. They don't honor their warranties and are impossible to get to come out to at least discuss the problem. I'm giving them a 5 star rating in the hope that if there is a problem, they'll come out to take care of it.
