Went to Hershey/Hummelstown for a quick dry trim. The girl didn't seem to know how to hold the scissors. Seemed possibly right out of school but usually the girls right out of school at our Great Clips are pretty amazing. It was so very awkward. And stopped several times to help people entering the salon to book appointments. I was on a lunch break so was hoping for a quick in and out. I have very fine, hardly any hair so how hard could it really be? I learned my lesson, Pay extra. Go to the regualar salon, pay a little more. You get what you pay for. Just was trying to save time. Definitely would not recommend this salon. Mae St. Hummelstown. It's sad. Oh, and it was $29. I could possibly see it if it had been maybe $17 with no wash. Give me a break. That's my review and I'm sticking to it. Do not go to this salon.

Place is horrible, nobody is experienced here. They over processed my hair during a perm and made many mistakes during the process of the perm. I do not recommend anyone waste there time here. Rude staff as well

A terrible experience. The woman who did my hair coloring was done a terrible job. She turned my root into orange when I simply wanted a medium brown color. The color turned out horrible and she tried to tell me it looks okay!!! No it is not. And not to mention, the hair cut was completely ugly and uneven. Terrible terrible job. You need to train your employees to do better. She was the person sitting on the last station next to the sink.
