Was in the store today with my husband for my exam and found out I needed new glasses. Staff person Lisa was wonderful. She walked me through the process to ensure I received the best glasses for the best price. She was friendly and courteous. I would recommend America's Best and Lisa to anyone thinking about buying new glasses.
Lisa was so amazing! She helped me pick out my glasses, I was struggling, pulled out a bunch from the back and helped me pick the best ones for my face! Was super patient and helpful. Best customer service ever.
I had the best experience today! This location is under new management and they have a virtual optometrist. Yes the wait time between the exam and seeing the Doc was long, but the entire staff were very personable, and kept me entertained. Lisa was amazing!!! She was so patient with me trying on maybe a hundred different frames and in the end I love the pair I finally chose! I would 100% recommend this location and can’t wait to pick up my new frames!
