“Great experience with the team at Carney All Seasons!! It started last night when I spoke to their call center at about 8:30 pm and the woman could not have been nicer. Then not long after taking my information Scott called me and we discussed my problem with my thermostat no longer working for my system. Scott identified a proposed solution and said he would have a tech to my house the following morning. Further discussions in the morning identified some potential wiring problems but once again Scott and his team proposed another work around. The tech Jason arrived as scheduled later in the morning and assessed the situation and a final plan was agreed to. Jason did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be done and then completed running new wiring and installing the new thermostat. He then ensured that everything was working correctly and explained how to operate the new thermostat. It is rare to experience such great customer service but this team knows what they are doing and how to treat their customers with respect!! Great work by everyone involved!!“

“My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. “We hired Robaire to install 4 mini splits to one outside unit. Rob came over and we planned how and where everything would be installed. The order was placed and about 2 weeks later, they came to install. Work took a day and a half, and when it was all done, my house got cold fast. My review is all positive but if you need a negative to balance it out, they did leave dirty finger and hand prints on the units and the wall around the unit. I just wiped everything when they were done and all is good. I had a concern after the installment, so I contacted Rob and he sent someone to take a look. It has been 3 months and everything is working great. Great install and no complaints. I will recommend Robaire to anyone who is looking into A\C for their house.“
