Neighbor had used JMS about 3 years ago to replace their roof, so we reached out to JMS along with 2 other companies for quotes. Matt was the only one who took the time to go inside the attic to inspect the roof, bathroom venting, and insulation levels as part of the overall assessment. He and Jim are super-responsive, Jim is always on site when the job is being completed, and they have a single, dedicated team that completes all their jobs. One neighbor's referral become 6 additional homes in our neighborhood all using JMS at the same time. Bottom line, each new roof looks fantastic with a high-quality install.
