My hair has always been black! I mean jet black! Not knowing that boxed hair dye can damage your hair in the long run. I’ve always wanted to change my hair to a burgundy color, and my stylist did just that! After carefully explaining every detail and warning that my hair was not going to change colors instantly or even overnight, it will take a few sessions because of the intense black box dye I had. Ana, carefully and professionally lifted my hair from jet black to a beautiful burgundy with strawberry highlights! Ana explained every details and answers all questions! It took several weeks to get it to what I would call my perfect burgundy hair color. Ana SNAPPED! She did her thing. I cannot wait for my appointment that’s coming up! One things for sure and 2 for certain, As clients we need to understand that things happen and if the stylist was willing to not only provide a refund but correct you hair what’s the problem? It takes time Sis. But let me reassure you that everywhere I go I get amazing and positive compliments! “I went in for a haircut today after keeping long covid hair for a over a year. I had a picture of my haircut I really liked from a couple of years ago and wanted to go back to that look. I honestly had low expectations and they lowered further when I walked in. The place wasn't the cleanest either (Not dirty but nothing to write home about either). I got concerned because I am a guy and didn't know what I was doing in a saloon primarily meant for ladies. Cathy was my hairdresser. I showed her the picture of myself with the shorter hair I wanted and she got to work. We chatted and exchanged pleasantries throughout the haircut. She has a very nice demeanor and a pleasing personality. She repeatedly asked me, if I liked what she was doing. It looked good with wet hair but I couldn't tell. I got home, took a shower and dried my hair and it looked fantastic! For the first time in 40 years, someone actually listened and paid attention to what I wanted and delivered.
