“Frankie Rudis and crew did a fantastic job with a renovation at our summer cottage in Moosic Lakes. They replaced first floor windows, gutted two bathrooms, turning one of those into a full bath, opened up a hallway, ran new electrical, new plumbing, installed a manifold and a new hot water heater. Frankie and Amanda had great communication and although we live 2-hours away, we never questioned what was happening on the job site, as Frankie was sending us pictures or videos every day of the progress made. If we had any questions, he answered. We had a few requests/punch list items at the end of the process, which he sent a crew up immediately to address. They cleaned up, they were kind and very responsive to our needs/wants. We hope to use Rudis Construction again for more projects at the summer cottage, which shows that we were happy with the work completed.“

“We hired Chip to redo our screen porch. Our first meeting set the tone for an awesome experience! He understood what I wanted, knew exactly what he was doing and he and his crew delivered even more than we could have expected. Every one of his crew worked together very well. “I woke up this morning to my heat not working. Even though it was a Saturday morning, my call was answered promptly. I was told the technician on call would be contacted and we’d hear back shortly. I was thinking we’d hear back later in the morning or early afternoon yet 10 minutes later my phone was ringing and Tyler said he’d be here in about 20 minutes. Tyler was literally at my door 20 minutes later and the issue was resolved within another 20-30 minutes. Incredible and friendly service. Highly recommend!!!“

“My toilet was leaking throughout the wax ring, causing a considerable floor damage. After viewing a few quotes, I went with ELITE Construction with the job. They had replaced a plywood floor with a new one. They have to correct one floor joist, near by the toilet, and installed a tile floor in whole bathroom. They have also removed and installed a new plastic base around whole bathroom. The price was reasonable. Job was done perfectly, within 3 days, and bathroom looks like new !“
