“We have four cats and take them all to KSVH. I have been pleased with the quality of service we (husband and I) have received for our cats here. I have been to vets before that try to swindle- not the case here. There is no extra charging for unnecessary items and I like the fact that you get an itemized bill. The staff is flexible and allows me to bring multiple cats in for appts at one time- which is great because it’s less trips I need to make with angry cats who do not want to leave the house. I can call the same day and receive refills for prescriptions for my cats. Also Dr. Barnsley is great at handling cats of all temperaments- whether docile, scared, or hostile- he is able to have a positive visit with them and get all the information to check if they are healthy. We also have had to do a few surgeries with our cats, and I was impressed with how fast KSVH saw our cats each time and how fast they came home. Highly recommend!“
