Called J&K on a Friday late afternoon about making keys for our truck. I provided the vehicle info and he got back to is right away stating he had the keys and would be able to come out Saturday morning. Totally saved us from having to replace everything through a Ford dealer. Very professional and highly recommend to anyone needing assistance. Five star rating!!!
Found J&K Locksmith online when googling for a local locksmith to duplicate a back up key fob for one of our commercial work trucks. Joe was great with communication and let us know he didn't have the one needed in inventory but he would order one in. He contacted us a few days later when fob came in and drove to our shop and cut key and programmed for us that same day. It doesn't get easier or more convenient than that. We needed our front door re-keyed and wanted to use someone local. We called on a Sunday to leave a message. Joe got back to us quickly. He came to the house on Monday and unfortunately, we had a lock brand that can’t be re-keyed. He told us to buy a different brand at Home Depot and he would get it installed asap. Well, he did. He could’ve charged us for coming out twice or tried to sell us something but he didn’t. He has all the tools needed to provide a vast array of services. Prompt, efficient and super nice guy. He even didn’t correct us for calling him John the whole time! Thank you, Joe!! Best locksmith ever!
