Crossfit MXL

After going to a few CrossFit gyms in the area I was struggling to find a fit. When I reached out to MXL and met with both Henry and Tim, my fit was found. The classes are well structured and the coaching is top notch. Focusing on your form and making the corrections to further enhance your growth in CrossFit. This community has truly changed mine and my husbands lives. We didn’t work out for 3 years before coming in for a free class. All of the coaches have been extremely conscientious of modifying exercises for us as we continue to get back in shape. Everyone is super welcoming, and we feel like we are part of the family just after a short time. Highly recommend CrossFit MXL!

Awesome place to workout, get in shape, and meet new friends. My wife and I were nervous to try CrossFit but everybody at CrossFit MXL is so welcoming and supportive! All the coaches are great and modify workouts to whatever level you need! Highly recommend!!!
