Last year we had a tankless water heater put in. It's been so nice! They got back to me quickly after leaving a message which is already a hundred times better than almost every other plumber I called. They came and assessed what I needed and gave me a reasonable time frame of getting it done It wasn't 6 months out. It wasn't a crazy expensive for them just to show up and look like other plumbers. We made an appointment with M&M easily over the phone, and we received a text message with the appointment details. We then received a text the day of the appointment that Tom was on his way. Tom and Roberto came and were very professional, and did a great job cleaning our oil furnace. They explained to us everything that they did and then gave us a good referral to have someone come check out our chimney which needed to be cleaned as they had advised. We were very pleased with their service and their level of professionalism and their great quality work. We will definitely be calling them again next year to service our furnace. Thanks M&M!

M & M Plumbing and Heating is wonderful! Within the last year, we've had them replace our furnace and hot water heater. They even came out the day-of when our hot water heater went. All of the work that they did was professional and affordable. I highly recommend M & M Plumbing and Heating. They've been life-savers for us!
