I had a pipe break on a Sunday morning and they were there in an hour. My whole basement was Flooded and they had it cleaned up and the dehumidifiers setup that same day. Excellent work.

Let me start off by saying I was very very pleasantly surprised by this company. As a society, we UNFORTUNATELY tend to go with "name recognition." With that said, I have never heard of 1-Tom Plumber before in my life. Going by name recognition was my biggest mistake in this process. From my initial contact with their scheduler, to (Issac Hirth) the technician that came to my home, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED! The scheduler asked the most appropriate questions as it related to my service request. They were informative about the pricing and did there due diligence in giving me a "ballpark price." they afforded me options as it related to times, and days that they could respond to my call. My observation was that the scheduler went out of their way to try to make my problem, their problem and find a solution that worked for everyone. Now, as it relates to the technician, he arrived at the time that was quoted, was smartly, dressed, professionally, representing the company in a vehicle that let you know who they were, and what they did. He asked multiple questions, looking at the problem from the inside of my home, as well as the outside of my home, and did not bring any tools out until he had asked a plethora of questions, and found out exactly what needed done and formulated the best way to attack the problem. He was very open to humoring me during the process answering questions, explaining what he was doing as he did it, and telling me what he saw as the issues that they could (and did) address/remediate. Mr. Hirth was on station for approximately one hour and 45 minutes and when he was done, my problem was gone! Now you're gonna say well hey that's what he was paid to do. Hey, he did his job Yatta Yatta Yatta well in addition to that he contacted peoples gas spoke in great detail with the peoples gas technician, and. Had the driver who had previously cut my gas off (because of the leak) back out to my home within 30 minutes to do a final inspection and put his stamp of approval on it, there by having my gas turned back on. Now here comes the greatest part of this the technician did the minimally invasive things necessary to remediate the issue and charged me the price that was in the ballpark quoted by the scheduler. Other companies (big box well named Pittsburgh, heavy hitters) Wanted to charge me over 91% more than I paid to have the same exact job done by 1-Tom Plumber. I have saved this vendor into my Rolodex of "important people" and have farmed their name out to everyone that I know that needs a plumber. If you have followed me in the past, you know my tagline, I vote with my dollars and my feet well in this case, I used my dollars in my hand, and both of them will be contacting. 1-Tom Plumber again if I ever need future plumbing work. If you need a Plumber, these are the people to call I give them five out of five stars!!

First time at Lindeman there crab cakes where the Bomb!!!! And for dessert the full chocolate layer cake was delicious.
Ray was assigned to my house call to help remove ground insects. He also spent some time checking for signs of mice and termites. He took time to explain what and why. He did talk me into their quarterly prevention plan, and I was happy to do it. I am happy with the choice.I made by using them for the work. They are professional, reasonably priced, and a local company.

Five stars for Greco Gas! Greg installed a 100-gallon propane tank for my pool heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Awesome service! On time and capable team with the ability to handle a variety of tasks. Vaughan’s was able to bring down more than a dozen 40-50ft pine trees in a matter of hours. They also removed the large tree stumps upon our post quote request. The team is prepared for any task with the correct equipment. Even when faced with an hydraulic issue, a spare hose was replaced almost immediately and the job was completed on time. They cleaned and cleared the job site as if they were never there. Excellent job.

The staff was very professional, personable, compassionate, caring and sincere. Gary listened to what kind of service that my siblings and I wanted for our mother, educated us on areas where we lacked knowledge and made sure everything went smoothly for us in our time of grief.
We had a unique emergency and Andrew was willing to help. We had adopted a new cat who crawled into the cold air return duct work. The cat had not come out for food or water in 3 days. When Andrew heard of our emergency, he immediately was willing to help. He was careful to minimize any potential damage to the duct work as we pulled it apart to locate the cat. We successfully retrieved her. Then he restored the duct work back to its original condition. He was very thoughtful and patient while we worked on problem solving the issue. We will be hirimg him to do future projects around the house.
