In 7 years since my house was finished, we went thru 2 Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters. They are prone to leaks, and no one wants to attempt to fix them. I called several plumbers that have been recently mentioned, but no one would even replace them with new. Finally found a neighborhood Plumber. Can within an hour of calling him, told me of a better brand, came the following afternoon with his son, corrected some bad plumbing and installed the heater within a few hours.
