Doctor Bailey was very nice and knew what she was doing. Checkout by Christian was super smooth, he was able to let me know exactly what my insurance was going to cover and what the final cost would be. Had a nice chat, very friendly. “Great experience front to back with not a single issue. The business is veteran owned and I love supporting that as well as keeping the money local. We had a lengthy conversation about how the eye insurance industry works from a business aspect over a year ago. A year passed and based on that, I tailored my finances and ordered four pairs of glasses for my wife and I. The doctor there was the best I have been to in over 20 years - no joke. I left with not a single question unanswered and will go back once these glasses need to be updated. I had 3 of the four glasses in my hands in six days. the fourth was just a safety glass spare that I wanted and no rush needed. Not sure what all the negative issues are about in other reviews but honestly I found the whole experience a walk in the park. I will never go on-line for glasses as you're forced to back online for every little issue too. So support your local businesses...“
