We hired Gilroy Northeast to assess our failing septic system and engineer a proper solution. From the start, Bill and Lois in the office were great to work with. They always made sure we knew what was happening at each step of the process. John took the time to sit down and explain how the testing and installation would go making sure we understood and didn't have any additional questions or concerns. I had an extremely complicated septic tank issue at my property that spawned all kinds of other issues that were mind numbing. Gilroy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and held my hand through every situation, and made what was already an incredibly difficult situation as seamless as something like this could be.
