Having back pain for 3 months and test after test with no relief I went to see Dr. Trainer. First he’s a very nice man who explains everything well. Second he found the problem in just a few minutes. Within a couple weeks I started to feel so much improvement and it continues to feel better each week. He is very thorough and each time I walk out of his office I feel like a million bucks. He has a very great office staff also who is very helpful and knowledgeable. They all know how to make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend Dr Trainer and his staff 100%.

Friendly staff and positive results. Felt so much better after just the first visit. Dr. Trainer is friendly and seems to care about his patients. I've been to several other chiropractors and he's by far the best. Definitely recommend.
