Usually make an appointment but needed a cut really bad that I just popped in. Was lucky enough that Heidi was just getting done and was able to fit me in. She's my favorite and did a great job as usual. I'm sure the others are fine but when you get someone you know you like it's just a better experience. (You're not afraid of looking in the mirror)
